Job descriptionMaintain CRM records, update lead status, and coordinate with presales and sales teams. Delegate tasks, empower team members, and improve their sales and communication skills Conduct team training sessions to enhance product knowledge and performance. Monitor daily / weekly / monthly sales performance reports and provide insights and solutions to Minimum 7 years of experience in Real Estate Sales or similar fields (Banking, Insurance, Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities. Confident, dynamic, and result-oriented individual with a creative outlook. Good understanding of Bengalurus Real estate market and willingness to travel across the Must possess a valid driving license and his / her own vehicle.
