• Expertise in managing large sales teams and complex data sets
• Knowledge of industry-specific sales processes and best practices
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to analyze data from various reports
• Experience working with large datasets
• Understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and methodologies
• Expertise in implementing and structuring sales incentive plans
• Proficient in data analysis tools, CRM systems, and incentive management software
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks
