Job descriptionMust have good typing skills. Must have good system handling skills. Basic English understanding skills to comprehend “Client Emails” and “Order Information” and take necessary action. Must have logical and reasoning skills. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Consults with team lead / supervisors regarding process requirements and work towards fulfilling client deadlines.
DESCRIPTION
- Good typing skills (Acceptable : 26 – 30 WPM)
- Logical Test Score of 12 and above.
- Basic system knowledge, MS- Excel will be an added advantage.
- Average communication would be fine.
