Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and executesales strategies to build brand partnerships to sell PFC recycled plastics.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors (automotive, packaging, construction, FMCG, etc.).
- Manage existing customeraccounts and ensureconsistent order flow.
- Coordinate with R&D and technical teams to offer customized solutions based on client needs.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with procurement, technical, and decision-making teams.
- Monitor market trends,competitor activities, and pricing to recommend changes.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual salestargets.
- Attend industry events,trade shows, and exhibitions to generate leads and network.
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and presentations to customers.
- Maintain CRM tools with updatedsales pipeline and client information.
