Qualification & Experience
- Education : MBA / PGDM from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Business School
- Experience : 5–6 years of relevant experience in brand management and new product development (NPD) within the FMCG sector

Strong understanding of consumer insights and behaviorProven track record in New Product Development (NPD) — from ideation to executionExpertise in creative strategy, brand storytelling, and communication development across ATL, BTL, and digital platformsHigh level of project management and cross-functional leadership capabilityProficiency in data-driven marketing decisions , leveraging tools such as Nielsen and IMRB HHPExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsPrior experience in competitive, high-penetration FMCG categories (e.G., soaps, oils, talc) preferredStrong passion for innovation, experimentation, and trendspotting in consumer productsKey Responsibilities
Lead the innovation pipeline for the brand — identify and size new business opportunities aligned with consumer trends and brand strategyManage the end-to-end NPD lifecycle : concept creation, consumer validation, formulation, packaging design, pricing strategy, and launch executionDevelop and implement brand and communication strategies to drive awareness, consideration, and trial for new launchesPartner with research, creative, and media agencies to develop impactful campaignsCollaborate with R&D, Packaging, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure flawless project executionDrive creative and artwork development aligned with brand guidelinesMonitor brand performance metrics (RMS, HHP, brand health scores) and identify growth opportunitiesConduct post-launch evaluations to derive insights and build learnings for future innovationUndertake regular market visits to stay updated on consumer trends, competition, and retail executionIdeal Candidate Profile
