Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Senior Growth Manager at Superkicks. In this role, you will :

• Manage Media spends across different platforms.
• Optimize vitals performance metrics : CPC, CPM, CTR, RoAS, CAC.
• Manage inventory forecasting and coordinate with ops for inventory procurement.
• Collaborate with Content and Marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaigns.
• Own Top line and deliver high ROI campaigns
• Analyze and Track Ecommerce performance and plan strategies to grow it further.
• Own Retention, SEO and owned media strategy to drive business avenues.
