Senior Manager – Growth & Analytics

Overview

Cindrebay is hiring a Senior Manager – Growth & Analytics to lead strategy and planning for our Business Development stack. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will design dashboards, track business performance, and provide insights that guide admissions and marketing teams.

You will manage a small team (Sales Ops Manager + Data Analyst) while staying closely involved in execution -building systems, analyzing trends, and recommending strategies that improve lead generation, counsellor productivity, and regional performance.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain dashboards and tracking systems for business performance.

Partner with marketing and admissions to align lead generation and conversions.

Analyze data to provide clear insights and recommendations to leadership.

Design and implement growth strategies to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Manage and mentor a Sales Ops Manager and Data Analyst, ensuring timely reports and process improvements.

Stay hands-on with Excel, CRM, and BI tools while driving strategy and planning.

Required Skills

6–9 years of experience in Growth, Analytics, or Sales Strategy, ideally in EdTech or B2C sales-led businesses.

Strong expertise in Excel (advanced formulas, pivots, macros), CRM systems, and BI tools (Power BI / Tableau).

Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead flow, and admissions processes.

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.
