Position Overview :
We are seeking an accomplished IT professional to lead the organizations technology function at the AVP level. The IT Head will own the strategy, design, implementation, and management of all technology infrastructure, information security, telephony, and IT operations across multiple delivery centers. This is a senior leadership role that demands strategic thinking, deep technical expertise, strong operational discipline, and the ability to align IT with evolving business priorities.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Technology Leadership & Strategy :
- Define and execute IT strategy in alignment with business growth plans.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including cloud adoption, automation, and next-gen collaboration tools and AI.
- Build scalable, future-ready IT frameworks to support expansion into new geographies and service lines.
2. Infrastructure, Telephony & Dialer Management :
Oversee enterprise-wide IT infrastructure : data centers, servers, networks, desktops / laptops, and cloud platforms.Manage dialer platforms (predictive, progressive, manual) to ensure high availability, accurate configurations, and compliance with process / client requirements.Monitor and improve dialer performance metrics including connect ratio, call quality, drop rates, and utilization reports.Administer and troubleshoot PRI / SIP lines, IVR setups, and call routing to ensure seamless customer and client connectivity.Collaborate with operations to align dialer configurations with business targets and campaign needs.Track and report on dialer / telephony KPIs and recommend optimizations.3. IT Operations & Service Delivery :
Ensure maximum uptime and reliability of IT systems and telephony platforms across all centers.Establish ITIL-based processes, service delivery standards, and SLA frameworks.Implement proactive monitoring, preventive maintenance, and root cause analysis.4. Information Security & Compliance
Lead information security agenda, ensuring adherence to global standards and client requirements.Drive compliance with ISO, PCI-DSS, GDPR, HIPAA, and other frameworks.Manage client audits, IT risk assessments, and security certifications.Build and enforce data privacy, information security, and usage policies.5. Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery
Design and maintain robust BCP and DR strategies covering IT systems, dialers, and telephony.Test and update DR sites and backup frameworks regularly.Ensure 24x7 availability of critical business systems.6. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Manage vendor ecosystem for telecom, hardware, software, dialer, and AMC partners.Negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.Partner with business stakeholders and clients to design IT / dialer solutions tailored to requirements.7. Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of IT and telephony professionals across sites.Build domain capability in dialer and telephony management.Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.Desired Candidate Profile
Experience : 12-18 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a senior IT leadership role heading IT in a BPO / ITES environment.Technical Expertise :
Strong knowledge of dialer platforms (predictive / progressive / manual), telephony integration, PRI / SIP, and IVR systems.Proven track record of monitoring and improving connect metrics, call routing efficiency, and dialer utilization.Expertise in networking, enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.Domain Knowledge : Hands-on exposure to client audits, IT / security certifications, and compliance requirements.Leadership Skills : Ability to lead multi-site IT and telephony teams, manage vendors, and drive service excellence.Certifications (Preferred) : CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.Educational Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Masters degree in Technology / Management is an advantage.What We Offer
