Primary Purpose
To provide assistance in the Food & Beverage Operations by planning, organizing & carrying out the F & B related functions for the Company.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibility :
- The prime responsibility of the Canteen Supervisor is to understand the complete Canteen Operations.
- Keeping track of all purchases and maintaining the stock in tally in all the inhouse canteens.
- Inventory of all inhouse canteen stores.
- Maintaining all the Canteen records like MIS, i2p, Consumption Sheets & billing details.
- The canteen supervisor needs to check the Inhouse Canteen Tally godowns for inventory purposes.
- Check and verify all settlements done in i2p.
- Preparing the F & B MIS report and submitting to the accounts department.
- Continuously study weaknesses in F&B control implemented at the school and provide suggestions for improvements.
- Responsible for preparing daily Food and Beverage Reports and distribute it to the management.
- Responsible for surprise spot checks at all Inhouse Canteen Kitchens.
- Forecasting, planning and controlling the ordering of food and beverages.
- Responsible for Data Capturing, Processing of data, information storage & Retrieval of information.
- Training the kitchen staff on Menu Planning, Hygiene, Grooming and innovations in the menu.
- Any other tasks as and when required by the management.
