Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager, located in Dehradun . The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction and service, and manage staff hiring and team performance. Duties also include supervising food and beverage quality, addressing customer concerns, and optimizing the overall dining experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure an exceptional dining experience
• Proficiency in staff Hiring and team management
• Effective Communication skills, including the ability to address customer concerns promptly and manage team coordination
• Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations and industry standards
• Leadership skills and the ability to operate in a high-pressure environment
• Prior experience in restaurant management or hospitality is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
