Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Mixologist role based in Dehradun. The Mixologist will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality alcohol-based beverages, creating unique drink recipes, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. Day-to-day tasks include managing beverage preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace, training colleagues in beverage preparation techniques, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. Collaboration with the team to enhance the menu offerings is also an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with customers and ensure satisfaction
• Experience in Food & Beverage preparation, with a passion for creating exceptional drinks and supporting culinary operations
• Training capabilities to mentor and guide team members in beverage preparation techniques
• Culinary skills in creating alcohol-based beverages and inventive drink recipes
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive attitude
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or relevant experience in the food and beverage industry is advantageous
