Team Leadership and Management :

• Lead and mentor the L2 network support team, ensuring that they adhere to operational standards, follow best practices, and deliver timely solutions to network issues.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on advanced troubleshooting techniques, network architecture, and technologies.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to L2 engineers and monitor their progress.
• Conduct performance reviews and identify opportunities for skills development within the team.
