Lead Network Engineer - Routing & Switching

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer Networks to join our IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing and supporting large-scale, global network infrastructures, data centers, LAN / WAN environments, and modern network security technologies. This role demands strong technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and the ability to work across geographies and time Responsibilities :

• Provide end-to-end support for networking services including production and technical support.
• Manage and optimize Data Center and LAN / WAN environments in large corporate setups (30,000+ employees).
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for WAN, LAN, DC, VPN, and Client Connectivity services.
• Implement and manage enterprise-class data centers, particularly with Spine-Leaf topology.
• Support and manage global WAN infrastructures across 100+ sites using technologies such as MPLS, ATT Anira, ATT AVPN, IP-Sec VPN, and IZO.
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Meraki, Arista, Aruba, and Cisco switches along with

Aruba Wireless Infrastructure.
