About the Role :
We are looking for a passionate and driven Junior Strategic / Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team at StatusNeo. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in both technical and non-technical hiring across multiple domains such as IT, Finance, HR, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities :
1. End-to-End Recruitment :
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — from understanding the requirement to onboarding.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring panels.
2. Sourcing & Talent Mapping :
Use multiple sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and internal databases.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.Conduct proactive talent mapping for future hiring needs.3. Stakeholder Management :
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to define role requirements.Maintain clear and timely communication on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights.Provide data-driven recruitment updates and recommendations to business stakeholders.4. Strategic & Corporate Hiring :
Support strategic hiring initiatives across departments and leadership functions.Partner with cross-functional teams to understand organizational talent needs.Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.5. Process Management & Compliance :
Ensure all recruitment activities align with organizational policies and compliance standards.Maintain accurate candidate records and reports in the ATS or recruitment trackers.Drive efficiency and consistency in recruitment processes.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (MBA in HR preferred).Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate recruitment or strategic hiring.Strong understanding of IT and Non-IT hiring (Finance, HR, Marketing, and similar domains).Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Preferred Attributes :
