US Recruiter

Job Description : We are seeking an experienced US Recruiter who specializes in hiring for W2 positions within the engineering domain, particularly in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and placing top engineering talent across Production Engineering and R&D Engineering functions.Key Responsibilities :

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for W2 candidates across multiple engineering roles.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates through job boards, networking, and referrals.
• Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements and project needs.
• Focus on Production Engineering and R&D Engineering positions within the automotive sector.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate offers and manage onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
• Ensure compliance with all US employment and W2 hiring regulations.Requirements :
• 5+ years of experience in US recruitment, with strong focus on W2 hiring.
• Proven success recruiting for engineering roles, especially in the automotive industry.
• Expertise in Production and R&D Engineering recruitment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of US recruitment platforms (Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines.Preferred :
• Experience working with Tier-1 automotive suppliers or OEM clients.
• Familiarity with visa classifications and compliance in W2 hiring.
