Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Recruiter located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates. Daily tasks include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing job descriptions, and managing job postings. The Corporate Recruiter will also be responsible for coordinating and conducting interviews, performing background checks, and extending job offers. Also Onboarding and inducting the new joiner to the company will be the part of this role. Additionally, maintaining candidate databases and generating recruitment reports will be part of the role.

• Skills in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Experience in collaborating with hiring managers and developing job descriptions
• Ability to manage job postings and candidate databases
• Proficiency in conducting background checks and extending job offers
• Able to onboard new joiner with induction in team and company
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
