Required Expertise and job requirements :
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing HR functions at both established companies and innovative startups. Unique blend of experience is plus
- Experience working for companies with cross-border entities is a labour must
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing all aspects of the HR lifecycle
- Manage and own key metrics for HR related functions, reporting
- Local Labor Law Expertise-An in-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws pertaining to employment, compensation & benefits, and retirement plans
- Demonstrated experience of managing compliance related to the entire HR lifecycle
- Hands-on experience working with other verticals within business such as operations, finance,internal / external comms etc..
- Ability to effectively communicate with global leadership, advise them on strategies pertaining to the GCC
- Develop and implement a strong employer branding strategy to attract and retain top talent in the competitive Indian market.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that supports employee engagement and high performance.
