Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and highly capable Operations Manager to lead and streamline the operational functions of our 200–300 people technology center in Pune. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys taking on challenges, and has deep experience in recruitment operations, employee processes, and IT coordination.
You will play a pivotal role in enabling our aggressive growth plans, ensuring seamless operations across talent acquisition, HR support, IT, payroll, and workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Leadership
- Oversee and drive technical hiring to meet aggressive growth targets.
- Mentor and guide recruiters, recruitment leads, and external hiring partners.
- Optimize recruitment pipelines, track metrics, and improve quality of hire.
HR & Workforce Operations
Ensure accurate and timely submission of timesheets across all teams.Manage payroll inputs and validations to ensure error-free payroll processing.Support and guide the HR Business Partner on employee-related activities, onboarding, and engagement.IT & Asset Management
Act as the escalation point for IT issues within the center.Coordinate with IT teams to ensure timely resolution of technical problems.Plan and track computing resources such as laptops, accessories, and required software.Center & Administrative Operations
Drive operational excellence through process improvements and SOP implementation.Manage cross-functional coordination with HR, IT, facilities, and leadership.Monitor operational KPIs and create action plans to address gaps.Qualifications
Must-Have Experience & Skills
15–18 years of experience in operations, HR operations, or center management within IT / technology services.Strong understanding of technical recruitment and hiring workflows.Experience working with recruitment partners, HR teams, payroll, and IT support.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.High energy, self-driven, and eager to take on new challenges.What we Offer
