Senior Java Software Engineer

Our Client is a fast-growing software company focused on cloud technologies and microservices. You’ll join a large, industrialised development team led by an experienced Tech Lead, contributing to strategic projects where code meets quality, performance, and strict adherence to industry standards are non-negotiable.

As a Senior Java Developer with solid software engineering experience, you’ll have room to grow and sharpen your skills. We expect a broad and deep mastery of the end-to-end software development lifecycle, with strong hands-on coding skills and sound architectural insight.

Responsibilities : Architecture, code reviews, mentoring, performance optimisation

Experience

• Java (8 or higher) – Deep understanding of core Java concepts like OOP, collections, concurrency, streams, and memory management.
• Spring Framework – Especially : Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Cloud (for microservices)
• REST APIs – Designing and consuming RESTful services;
• understanding of OAuth2, OpenID Connect
• Microservices Architecture – Designing, building, and maintaining microservices
• Database Expertise – Both : SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis)
• Testing – Unit testing, Integration testing.
• Version Control – Git (with tools like GitHub or GitLab).
• Cloud Platforms  – Hands-on experience with Azure
• Containerization & Orchestration - Docker, Kubernetes
• CI / CD Pipelines – Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
