Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Backend Software Developer with strong expertise in .NET Core and Node.js to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of backend architecture, API development, databases, and cloud infrastructure. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, frontend developers, and DevOps engineers to design, build, and optimize scalable backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure RESTful / GraphQL APIs using .NET Core and Node.js .
Work closely with frontend, mobile, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Implement microservices architecture , background jobs, and event-driven systems.
Integrate with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.
Build and maintain automated CI / CD pipelines and support deployment to cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP).
Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and propose improvements.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture planning .
Ensure security best practices (authentication, authorization, data protection, OWASP compliance).

Primary Skills :

.NET Core (C#) – strong experience in building APIs and backend services.

Node.js with frameworks such as Express.js , NestJS , or Fastify .

Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture .

Database expertise :

Relational : SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL

NoSQL : MongoDB, Redis

Cloud Platforms : AWS or Azure (deployment, configuration, and cloud services integration).

Message Queues : RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus.

Version Control : Git, GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket.

Testing : Unit testing and integration testing (e.g., xUnit, Mocha, Jest, NUnit).

CI / CD Pipelines : Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.

Containerization : Docker, Kubernetes.

Security : JWT, OAuth 2.0, SSL / TLS, encryption techniques.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).

Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Clean Architecture principles.

Familiarity with GraphQL APIs .

Experience with monitoring tools (ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic).

Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies .
