As an HR Intern, you will support the People and Culture team in a range of activities, including but not limited to : Recruitment & Onboarding : Assisting in sourcing and screening candidates. Coordinating interviews and communication with candidates. Supporting the onboarding process for new hires. Employee Engagement : Assisting in organizing team-building activities and events. Gathering and analyzing feedback from employees through surveys and discussions. HR Operations : Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases. Assisting in creating and improving HR policies and procedures. Learning & Development : Coordinating training sessions and workshops. Assisting in tracking employee development initiatives. Other Duties : Conducting research on HR best practices and trends. Supporting ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as needed. Qualifications : Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
