Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to head our Personal Loan vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for P&L ownership, designing and executing business strategies, product development, risk management, partnerships, and digital growth in the personal loan segment. This role requires deep knowledge of unsecured lending, fintech innovations, customer acquisition, and credit policies.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Strategy & Growth :

• Own end-to-end P&L for the personal loan business.
• Define business plans, growth roadmap, and product strategies.
• Drive customer acquisition through digital, affiliates, paartnerships and co-lending partnerships.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the portfolio.

Financial & Regulatory Oversight :

Key Requirements :

Education : MBA / CA / Finance / Business Management from a reputed 10-15 years of experience in retail lending, with at least 5 years in personal loans.
