Role & responsibilities
- Ensure continued certification in ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001, drive audit readiness and effective closure of non-conformities
- Drive Manufacturing Excellence through TPM & Six Sigma Deployment : Lead implementation of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)Deploy JH (Jishu Hozen), PM, and KK pillars effectively
- Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of identified bottleneck machines through focused projects and cross-functional collaboration.
- Facilitate 5S activity in plants, regular audit and feedback, monitor Kaizen, QC,SGA activities
- Establish and standardize DWM practices across all departments, align plant objectives with corporate strategy through effective policy deployment
- Process Improvement : Identify and eliminate process losses, conduct data-driven root cause analysis, ensure continuous improvement in productivity, cost, and quality, track project progress and outcomes
Preferred candidate profile
Experience Required : Min 10 years of work experience out of which
Minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience in business / process excellence and
Must have worked minimum 3 years in Production / Maintenance line function before TQM
Educational Qualification : B. Tech from a reputed engineering institution (IIT / NIT preferred)
