Travel Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant, located in the Western suburbs of Mumbai. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks, including providing travel consulting services, managing travel arrangements, making reservations, and delivering customer service. The Travel Consultant will handle and manage travel plans for clients, ensuring efficient and smooth travel experiences.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements.

Expertise in Ground transportation - Cabs, Airport Transfer, Rentals (Domestic and International)

Experience with Customer Service and handling Reservations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

This is a full-time, on-site role in our vibrant office in the Western suburbs of Mumbai. You will have tremendous autonomy, receive the required guidance, and work in a positive environment.
