Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Test Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).

The role involves designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts, ensuring the stability and quality of the ServiceNow platform through continuous validation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Perform regression, smoke, and functional testing across ServiceNow modules (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, etc.
• Configure and maintain ATF test suites, custom test steps, and reusable components.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and train teams on ATF best practices.
• Identify bugs and work closely with development teams for resolution.
• Ensure platform stability and quality through continuous testing and validation.
