Mobile Test Automation Engineer - Selenium / Appium

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile test automation frameworks (iOS & Android).
• Create and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure high test coverage.
• Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
• Perform root cause analysis of test failures and provide actionable insights.
• Monitor and report test execution results, defects, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior team members on automation best practices.
• Ensure compliance with quality and security standards across all testing Skills & Qualifications :
• 10+ years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on automation.
• Expertise in mobile test automation tools such as Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, or Selenium.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Strong knowledge of mobile platforms (iOS & Android) and testing mobile applications at scale.
• Experience with CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
• Solid understanding of API testing and tools like Postman or RestAssured.
• Familiarity with cloud-based device testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, Firebase Test Lab).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
