The role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant / Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions to enhance customer and partner engagement. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions while ensuring the best practices in Salesforce development and customization.

Salesforce Experience Cloud professional would be expected to design, build, and maintain solutions on the Salesforce platform, focusing on creating engaging customer, partner, and employee experiences through custom applications and communities .

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and Develop Experience Cloud Sites : These professionals are responsible for creating and customizing Experience Cloud sites, which are used to build communities and portals for various audiences.
• Build Custom Applications : They develop custom applications and features within the Experience Cloud platform to meet specific business needs.
• Configure CRM Workflows : They configure CRM workflows and processes to ensure seamless integration with Experience Cloud sites.
• Integrate with External Systems : They integrate Experience Cloud with other systems and applications to facilitate data exchange and workflow automation.
• Troubleshoot and Optimize : They troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and provide user support to ensure smooth user experience.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders : They work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure Security and Scalability : They implement security measures and ensure that the Experience Cloud solutions are scalable and can manage the demands of the organization.
