Troubleshoot and resolve incidents ensuring timely resolution.
Assist in configuration, deployment, and maintenance of switches, access points, and controllers.
Monitor network health and performance usingZoho ManageEnginetools.
Document incident resolutions, network changes, and standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with L3 engineers and other IT teams for issue resolution and service improvements.
Participate in scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and patching activities.
Maintain asset and configuration records in ManageEngine.
