Lead Network Engineer

We are looking for experienced  Lead Network Engineers  to support and enhance Strategys global hybrid network infrastructure, including  Azure, AWS, GCP, Stack  , and  Strategy physical office locations worldwide  . You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and resilient network environments that support both corporate and customer-facing systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, deploy, and manage secure and high-performance network architectures across  cloud platforms  (AWS, Azure, GCP, Stack) and on-premises environments.
• Lead or contribute to the network setup and maintenance of  global office locations  , including WAN, LAN, VPN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, and firewall solutions.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of the network infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain  cloud network connectivity  (VPCs, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect, VPNs, Interconnects).
• Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, Security, and IT teams to support new deployments and infrastructure initiatives.
• Perform network assessments, audits, and optimisations for cost, performance, and security.
• Monitor and respond to network incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid recovery.
• Document network topologies, procedures, and changes in a clear and organised manner.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in technical design reviews and planning sessions.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
