Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Admin Executive, located in Ahmedabad. The Front Desk Admin Executive will be responsible for handling receptionist duties, managing customer service interactions, maintaining phone etiquette, and ensuring effective communication. The role requires daily interaction with clients and staff, managing appointments, and providing administrative support to enhance the efficiency of the centre.
Key Responsibilties :
- Front Desk Management : Welcome walk-ins, provide accurate information, and maintain a professional and positive atmosphere at the academy.
- Inquiry & CRM Management : Collect contact details from parents / students, update them in our CRM (Zoho), and manage all desk / call inquiries efficiently.
- Follow-ups & Coordination :
- Call and follow up with parents / students regarding trial batches, schedules, and upcoming enrollments.
- Connect students with the right coaches as needed.
- Coordinate with parents and students for attendance, reminders, and batch updates.
- Fee Collection : Handle fee submissions from students / parents at the desk and maintain proper records.
- Facility Oversight : Report and escalate any issues related to equipment, lighting, air conditioning, or facility upkeep.
- Administrative Work : Assist in office-related admin tasks including data entry, attendance records, and reports.
- Communication : Act as the first point of contact, ensuring professional communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
