Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Experience : Min 3 years
  • Location : Surat, Gujrat
  • Education : Graduation is must (No Backlogs)
  • Notice : 15 days or Immediate
  • Interview Mode : Virtual

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in day-to-day office administration and operations.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, petty cash and record keeping.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams for smooth functioning.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure timely procurement.
  • Support in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure proper upkeep of office facilities and infrastructure.
  • Handle basic HR & admin support tasks (attendance, joining formalities, etc.).
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Support payroll inputs and employee benefits administration.
  • Draft letters, circulars, and HR-related communication.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure timely procurement of office supplies and facility management.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of HR and business data.

    • Skills & Competencies :

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
