- Administrative Support : Manage executives' schedules, handle emails and messages, prepare documents and reports.
- Excel Reporting : Utilize Excel skills to generate insightful MIS reports and dashboards.
- Business Efficiency : Oversee key processes, foster cross-functional collaboration, and implement efficiency-enhancing initiatives.
- Project Management : Oversee project planning, execution, and tracking to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Data Accuracy : Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.
- Research Skills : Conduct online research and prepare summaries and reports.
- Vendor Management : Manage communication, documents, invoices, orders, and compliance.
Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years of corporate experience in a related field.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Bachelor's or Master's degree.Advanced proficiency in Excel / formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.Excellent time management and organizational abilities.Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.A team player with effective collaboration skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
