Job Description :

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive to join our JP Nagar office. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating with service providers, and delivering a seamless experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations and ensure all service requests are fulfilled efficiently.
• Coordinate with service providers to assign orders and track completion.
• Monitor service quality and take corrective actions when required.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and service provider details.
• Assist in resolving customer queries and complaints promptly.
• Support the team in operational planning and process improvement initiatives.
