The Senior Vice President - CRM will be responsible for managing and expanding key client relationships across government and institutional partners globally.
The role requires deep understanding of the public sector ecosystem, service delivery frameworks, and long-term relationship management to drive retention, growth, and strategic engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the strategic relationship leader for key global accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, contract renewals, and business continuity.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with BLS International's global business objectives.
- Engage with senior government officials, embassy representatives, and institutional clients to deepen partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with delivery, operations, and business development teams to ensure service excellence and contractual compliance.
- Anticipate client needs, resolve escalations, and maintain proactive communication to strengthen trust and credibility.
- Lead account planning, forecasting, and performance reviews for strategic accounts.
- Represent BLS at key industry events, forums, and client meetings to enhance visibility and positioning.
