Job description

About Us :

Conferro Connoisseurs Ventures (CCV) is the private family office of the Seth family — a rare confluence of finance, culture, and innovation. With an asset base exceeding half a billion dollars, we manage a diversified portfolio spanning equity investments, start-ups, real estate, art, collectibles, digital platforms, and consumer brands.

Through our flagship venture Conferro Heritae, we are a collection house specializing in art and collectibles; bringing rare and unique items of culture and heritage to an international market. Our mission is to preserve and promote history while inspiring a new generation of collectors and connoisseurs through exhibitions, auctions, and cultural programs.

We believe the heritage of different regions across the globe should be celebrated, integrated, and safeguarded for future generations. As an authority on art and collectibles, we guide connoisseurs and novices alike into a burgeoning global market of cultural heritage.

The Role :

We are seeking a Relationship Manager / Business Development professional with 3–8 years of experience, ideally from wealth management, private banking, asset management, or the luxury / art sector. This role requires someone who can bridge finance and culture, managing UHNW relationships and building new opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and manage relationships with HNWIs, UHNWIs, NRIs, family offices, and institutional partners.
  • Drive business development for Conferro Heritae projects — including sales, auctions, exhibitions, and cultural initiatives.
  • Expand and cultivate the collector and investor base through targeted outreach and strategic alliances.
  • Participate in and support marketing strategies to increase brand presence and traffic to lounges, exhibitions, and events.
  • Stay updated on market trends, collectors, museum collections, and gallery networks.
  • Prepare presentations, pitches, and educational material for clients and partners.
  • Support the Founder and leadership team in forging strategic alliances and channel partnerships in the niche UHNWI segment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and relationship manager, offering insights into both wealth and cultural investment opportunities.

What We're Looking For :

5–8 years of relevant experience in wealth management, private banking, asset management, luxury industry, or art & collectibles.

Proven Network : Established book of HNWI / UHNWI clients, ideally with NRI or global networks.

Skills : Exceptional relationship management, business development, and presentation skills.

Knowledge Edge : Awareness of art, luxury markets, and cultural collectibles is an advantage.

Personality : Poised, discreet, and articulate, with the ability to operate under pressure and manage diverse stakeholders.

Education : Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields.

Why Join Us :

  • Be part of a prestigious family office with exposure across finance, start ups, culture, and heritage.
  • Opportunity to contribute to landmark initiatives such as the upcoming Heritage Library, Newspaper Biennale, and International Vintage Ad Festival.
  • Work with HNWI clients and collectors in a fast-growing cultural investment ecosystem.
  • Career growth into leadership in relationship management, fundraising, and strategic alliances.
  • Application

If you are a seasoned relationship builder with experience in UHNW networks, wealth management, or the luxury / art space, we'd love to connect.
