Job description8-13 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial setting. Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical from a recognized institution. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (AHU / FCU), cooling tower operations (chiller), pump systems (centrifugal & jockey). Proficiency in working with ETP / HTP / VRV / VRF technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage mechanical maintenance activities, including breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and project management.
- Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of various equipment such as AHUs, FCUs, Cooling Towers, Chillers, ETPs, HTPs, Pumps (centrifugal & jockey), VRVs / VRFs.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations during all mechanical operations.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for reducing downtime and improving overall plant efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and optimize production processes.
