Location : Manjeera Trinity Corporate, KPHB, Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Shift : US Shift (7 : 30 PM – 4 : 30 AM IST)
Compensation : Up to ₹8 LPA (based on experience & performance)
About the Role
We’re seeking a result-driven US IT Recruiter to join our Hyderabad delivery center. You’ll play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and closing qualified technical talent for our US clients across domains such as Data Engineering, Cloud, AI / ML, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Enterprise Applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end US recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, rate negotiation, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Source top talent through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and vendor networks.
- Engage with W2, C2C, and 1099 candidates across time zones and skill categories.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and account managers .
- Track daily submissions, interviews, and placements using the internal ATS and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, including work authorization and background checks.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of hands-on US IT recruiting experience in contract or full-time hiring.Proven expertise in sourcing Data Science, Cloud, Machine learning and MLOps roles.Excellent understanding of visa classifications (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, TN, EAD).Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and JobDiva / CEIPAL or equivalent ATS.Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.Ability to meet submission and placement targets consistently.Preferred Attributes
