SysTrack Administration Professional

EUC, SCCM, SysTrack, VMware, PowerShell, SQL, ServiceNow, Citrix, AVD

• 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 2 years of hands-on SysTrack platform experience (implementation, administration, and operations).
• Strong understanding of EUC environments, desktop virtualization (AVD, Citrix, VMware), SCCM, AD, and network dependencies.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira), compliance audits, and software asset management processes.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting, basic SQL, and report / dashboard creation is a plus.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to train and support non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Certifications :

Any relevant EUC / endpoint management certifications
