Design and Implementation :
- Leads the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable VDI solutions, including defining high-level and low-level designs (HLDs / LLDs), capacity plans, and best practices.
Configuration and Management :
Configures and manages VDI components such as Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Citrix Gateway, and Machine Creation Services.Problem Solving :
Troubleshoots and resolves complex issues, including those related to the hypervisor, client-facing issues (e.g., Citrix Receiver), and underlying service dependencies (e.g., licensing, Active Directory).Documentation :
Develops and maintains documentation for VDI administration and troubleshooting guides and procedures.Collaboration :
Collaborates with cross-functional teams (networking, identity, security) to ensure compliance and performance.Optimization :
Optimizes session performance, application delivery, and resource utilization for a consistent user experience.Mentorship :
Provides technical leadership and mentorship to support and project teams.Staying Current :
Keeps abreast of evolving VDI technologies and recommends improvements to the existing architecture.Required Skills and Qualifications :
