Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Specialist / System Administration Engineer to join our telecom operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux system administration, shell scripting, and SQL database management . This role involves providing operational support, automation, and troubleshooting for telecom systems and ensuring the stability and performance of infrastructure components.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Linux system administration, including monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting of servers and services.
• Develop and maintain shell scripts to automate routine operational tasks and processes.
• Execute SQL queries and work with databases to support system operations, reporting, and data extraction.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical support for infrastructure issues and escalate critical problems to senior teams as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support telecom operations, deployments, and upgrades.
• Maintain detailed documentation of processes, scripts, and system configurations.
