Job Overview
Jagruti Rehab Centre, a leading mental healthcare service provider with 12 centers across 6 cities, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Head. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, patient acquisition, and reputation management. The Marketing Head will lead a team to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies, enhance digital presence, and foster partnerships to position Jagruti as a trusted leader in psychiatric treatment, de-addiction, elder care, and value-added services.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning : Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Jagruti's mission to deliver high-quality mental healthcare, focusing on patient-centric growth and reputation recovery.
- Brand Management : Oversee the brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels, and address reputational risks through proactive communication and crisis management.
- Digital Marketing : Lead digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) to increase online visibility, patient engagement, and lead generation, targeting diverse age groups (18-85 years).
- Content Development : Supervise the creation of educational content, patient success stories, and promotional materials that highlight Jagruti's expertise in psychiatric care and de-addiction services.
- Partnerships and Outreach : Build strategic alliances with healthcare providers, NGOs, and corporate wellness programs to expand referral networks and community outreach.
- Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a marketing team, setting KPIs, and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve targets.
- Market Research : Conduct competitor analysis and patient feedback studies to identify market trends, patient needs, and opportunities for service expansion.
- Event Management : Organize awareness campaigns, webinars, and health fairs to educate the public on mental health and promote Jagruti's services.
- Budget Oversight : Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation and ROI on campaigns.
- Reporting : Provide regular updates to the Founder on marketing performance, patient acquisition metrics, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
