Job Summary :

We seek a Marketing Manager to lead and oversee all marketing activities for our brand. The role involves planning and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract potential customers & retailers, and drive business growth . The ideal candidate will also manage brand representation at exhibitions, schools, and other promotional events , ensuring our brand identity is consistently communicated.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and reach target customers & retailers.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and offline platforms .
• Organize and represent the brand at exhibitions, schools, events, and promotional activities .
• Work closely with the sales team to create retailer-focused campaigns and promotions.
• Build brand visibility through social media, influencer collaborations, and community engagement.
• Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Oversee creation of marketing content, collaterals, and advertisements .
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and event organisers.
• Track marketing performance and prepare reports for management.
• Ensure all marketing initiatives align with brand values and vision.
• Work in tandem with marketing agencies to strategise and execute marketing goals.
