Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions. Develop functional and technical designs that address business needs.
Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Time & Labor, Compensation, etc.) according to business processes. Customize applications when required through technical extensions (e.g., BI Publisher reports, workflows, integration).
Lead technical design, including integrations (HCM Cloud with other enterprise applications), data migration, and reporting solutions using Oracle tools like OTBI, HCM Extracts, and Fast Form ula .
Drive end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects using Oracle's implementation methodology, ensuring quality deliverables and timely completion.
Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvements to Oracle HCM applications. Troubleshoot technical and functional issues.
Work closely with HR, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless delivery of HCM solutions. Mentor junior consultants and share best practices.
Prepare detailed design documents, user manuals, and training materials. Conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations with both functional and technical exposure.
Deep understanding of HCM business processes including Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Compensation, Performance Management, Time & Labor, and Workforce Management.
Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and architecture.
Familiarity with Agile and relevant implementation methodologies .
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate technical jargon for business users.
