Project Management : Strong project management skills including planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation. Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.

• SCM Knowledge : Deep understanding of supply chain management principles, processes, and best practices across areas such as procurement, inventory management, demand planning, logistics, and distribution. This knowledge helps in effectively translating business requirements into project plans and deliverables.
• Technical Understanding : Familiarity with SCM technologies and systems such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), IBP (Integrated Business Planning), and SCM-specific software like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. This technical understanding enables you to effectively manage implementation projects and coordinate with technical teams.
• Stakeholder Management : Ability to engage and manage stakeholders at various levels including business executives, project sponsors, end-users, and technical teams.
