- Skills Match : Must have strong Fusion HCM experience (Payroll UK is a big plus).
- Experience Match : 6+ years Oracle HCM functional experience; 4+ implementations.
- Technical Fit : Fast Formulas writing capability.
- Methodology : Familiarity with AIM / OUM phases and documentation.
- Soft Skills : Communication and presentation.
