Key Responsibilities :
- Develop comprehensive project plans detailing timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for wind farm construction and installation projects
- Supervise on-site operations, including equipment installation, construction progress monitoring, and compliance with safety protocols
- Lead, manage, and coordinate on-site teams including technicians, construction crews, and subcontractors for effective project execution
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure all activities meet technical standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure adherence to occupational health and safety standards across all project activities
- Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders such as clients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and local communities, ensuring effective communication and timely project updates
- Manage project budgets by tracking expenditures, controlling costs, and identifying opportunities for financial optimization
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure timely project delivery and minimize disruptions
- Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations, permits, and sustainability standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, safety inspection records, and incident reports for internal and external review
