As a Sales Associate , you’ll be the face of Beatbox Fitness — welcoming new members, managing leads, driving memberships, and ensuring every visitor has an unforgettable first impression. If you're energetic, customer-focused, and love talking about fitness, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and engage walk-in customers and prospective members.
• Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
• Convert leads into memberships by showcasing studio benefits and class experiences.
• Maintain daily sales reports, follow-up trackers, and CRM entries.
• Support marketing campaigns, open houses, and member referral programs.
• Provide a high level of customer service and handle any client issues professionally.
• Work closely with trainers and studio management to ensure smooth daily operations.
