This is a hands-on, work-from-office role based in Mumbai's Lower Parel area, perfect for a highly organized and energetic individual looking to build a career in core HR operations and talent acquisition.Responsibilities : New Joinee Onboarding & Induction - Formal orientation process ensuring the new hire is legally compliant, fully integrated into their team, and educated on company policies, culture, and immediate job expectations.Asset Management - Tracking and allocating essential company resources (laptops, IDs, mobile phones, etc.) required for the employee to begin work effectively.HRIS Updation - Immediately creating the employee's profile in the HR Information System (HRIS) . This includes updating personal data, joining date, compensation details, and benefits enrolment. Continuous maintenance of employee data in the HRIS, including updating leave balances, attendance records, changes in designation / salary, training completed, and personal information.Employee Engagement - Proactive activities designed to foster a positive work environment, boost morale, and increase commitment. This includes organizing team events, wellness programs, and recognizing contributions.Attendance Management - Monitoring and recording employee work hours, shifts, and time off using the HRIS or dedicated systems to ensure compliance and payroll accuracy.Liaising with Accounts (Reimbursements) - Coordinating with the Finance / Accounts team to verify and process employee expense claims and reimbursements promptly, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.Drafting of Letters - Preparing formal documentation related to an employee's growth, such as Increment , Promotion , Confirmation , Experience / Relieving Letter, etcConduct Exit Interviews - A formal, confidential meeting with the departing employee to gather honest feedback regarding their experience, the company culture, and reasons for leaving. The data collected is used to identify areas for improvement in retention and operations.Complete Full & Final (F&F) Settlements - The final and critical administrative process. This involves calculating all final dues, including pending salary, accrued leave payments, outstanding reimbursements, deductions (taxes, loan recoveries), and severance pay, resulting in the issuance of the final
