Application Support Engineer

Key Activities Are To

• Provide remote product support, inclusive of technical mentoring, problem troubleshooting, and the provision of solution based on configuration parameter change or workarounds for product defects / limitations.
• Provide production support on issues faced during day to day operations and running of system real time & batch interfaces.
• Should have excellent customer facing & communication skill, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle customer expectation for issues received over email or verbally.
• Need to update customer verbally or via email on the progress made towards resolution of an issue reported.
