Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 1020 sales agents

Monitor daily team performance metrics including conversion rates, revenue per agent, and call quality.

Experience with BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) clients.

Experience in Team Leader Outbound Sales in Banking or Insurance Sector

• Proven leadership experience in managing sales teams.
